1. Introduction
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your use of VisualizeBlog ("Service"), which generates infographics from
blog post URLs using OpenAI models. By using our Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Free Usage & Pricing
Each user is entitled to three (3) free infographic generations per email address.
Users must provide a valid email address before generating infographics. This email address will be stored and may be
used by VisualizeBlog for marketing and promotional communications.
Free infographics will include the VisualizeBlog logo and may be used by VisualizeBlog for its own marketing purposes.
After the free limit is reached, additional infographic generations are paid according to the pricing available on the
website.
3. Infographic Storage & Download
Generated infographics are available for download as zip files containing PNG files.
Infographics may be deleted from the server after 7 days if not downloaded.
Users have full rights to use the generated infographics for personal and commercial purposes, except that VisualizeBlog
retains rights to reuse free infographic generations for its own marketing.
4. Email Collection & Communication
By providing your email address, you consent to VisualizeBlog storing your information and contacting you with updates,
promotions, and other marketing communications.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
You must have the necessary rights to use the blog post URLs you submit.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
